Custom software

I build the software your business is still doing by hand.

Web apps, AI WhatsApp assistants, dashboards, and agents that take over the repetitive work.

Tell me what is eating your time and I will tell you what can be built, how long it takes and what it costs.

What I can build for you

Web apps

Custom systems

Catalogues, bookings, inventory, client portals and internal panels. They work as well on a phone as on a laptop.

Bots and AI

WhatsApp assistants

They answer the usual questions with your business's own information, at any hour, and hand the conversation to you when it needs a person.

Data

Dashboards

Your sales, your competitors and your operation on one screen that updates itself, instead of five spreadsheets.

Agents

Automation with agents

AI agents that read your email and calendar, sum up what is urgent and move information between systems. You decide; they do the repetitive part.

Integrations

Connecting what you already use

Payments, spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp or the system you already have, wired together so nothing is typed in twice.

What I have built

Unnamed

My own projects and work for others, described without names. The images are mock-ups with sample data, not screenshots of the systems: no business, person or figure in them is real.

Map-ranking dashboard for local businesses

The problem A local business owner has no idea where they show up when someone searches for “dentist near me”, or who is beating them.

Dashboard mock-up: the business's average rank, rating and reviews, a chart of its rank against two competitors over eight weeks, and a suggested action. — Mock-up with sample data

What it does Every day it records where the business and its competitors rank in map results, keeps the review history and sums it up in plain Spanish, with one concrete action for the week.

Who it is for: Restaurants, clinics, barbers, vets.
Built with: Python · pandas · Parquet · S3 · SerpApi · OpenAI · React · Recharts · Clerk · Docker

Working prototype

AI WhatsApp assistant

The problem The same questions —opening hours, menu, prices, whether they deliver— arrive on WhatsApp at all hours, and answering them eats someone's day.

Mock-up with sample data

What it does Each business connects its number and fills in a profile with its menu, prices, hours and FAQs. The assistant answers from that, and when a conversation needs a person, it hands it over.

Who it is for: Restaurants and businesses that serve customers over WhatsApp.
Built with: Python · FastAPI · WhatsApp Cloud API · OpenAI

Live

Bilingual catalogue for tourist experiences

The problem A tour operator sells over WhatsApp, and enquiries, contacts and dates end up scattered across chats.

Mock-up: the listing of a boat trip with its WhatsApp enquiry button, and beside it the internal panel with the list of enquiries and their status. — Mock-up with sample data

What it does A catalogue in Spanish and English where every listing opens a pre-written WhatsApp conversation, plus an internal panel that tracks enquiries, contacts, the calendar and supplier payments. Listings are translated with AI.

Who it is for: Agencies and operators of tourist experiences.
Built with: Next.js · TypeScript · PostgreSQL · Kysely · S3 · Clerk · OpenAI · Anthropic

Prototype

Marketplace with escrow payments

The problem A business wants local content creators to promote it, and neither side wants to pay or post first.

Mock-up of a campaign: three creators who applied, the campaign's progress in four steps and the held payment that is released on posting. — Mock-up with sample data

What it does Businesses publish campaigns, verified creators apply, and the payment is held until the post goes live. The escrow flow is designed; it is not wired to a payment processor yet.

Who it is for: Restaurants and hospitality businesses, and local creators.
Built with: React · TypeScript · Tailwind · FastAPI · PostgreSQL · SQLAlchemy

In daily use, my own

Agents for email and calendar

The problem Starting the day by opening email, the calendar and team messages just to work out what is urgent.

Mock-up of a morning summary: emails that need a reply, the day's meetings and a list of pending items. — Mock-up with sample data

What it does A daily routine of AI agents that reads email, the calendar and messages, and leaves a summary of what is urgent and what is pending. The same system coordinates several agent sessions coding in parallel.

Who it is for: I use it every day. It suits anyone who lives in their inbox.
Built with: Python · MCP · IMAP · iCal · OpenAI · Claude Code

Prototype

3D viewer for the web

The problem A photo does not sell a boat, and a typical 3D model weighs tens of megabytes and will not open on a phone.

Mock-up of a 3D viewer: a boat drawn in lines on a turntable, with a panel to choose the view. — Mock-up with sample data

What it does 3D models generated with AI from photos, optimised for the web —one went from 56.7 MB to about 434 KB— and shown in a viewer that turns over an animated sea.

Who it is for: Anyone who sells or rents something that makes more sense in three dimensions: boats, furniture, machinery.
Built with: three.js · JavaScript · glTF · gltf-transform

Clickable mock-up

Inventory and approvals for a property developer

The problem At a developer selling plots of land, holding, blocking or discounting one goes through several people, and nobody knows which step each request is at.

Mock-up: a site plan of plots by block marked available, held or blocked, and a discount request with its approval chain. — Mock-up with sample data

What it does An availability map by block and an approval flow —discounts, extensions, refunds— that goes from sales advisor to team lead, coordination and management, with PDF certificates and Excel export. It runs on demo data today.

Who it is for: Property developers.
Built with: React · TypeScript · Vite · Clerk · SVG · pdf-lib · SheetJS · Cloudflare Workers

How we work

We talk

A free 30-minute call. You tell me what is eating your time and what tools you already use. If I am not the right person, I will say so.

A written proposal

What gets built and what does not, how many weeks and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it.

Short deliveries

Every week or two you see something working, with your data, instead of a progress report.

It is yours

The code, the accounts and the data are in your name. I leave you how to run it and, if you want, a maintenance agreement.

Questions

How much does it cost?: It depends on what gets built. After the first call I send you a fixed price per stage, not an open-ended hourly rate.
How long does it take?: The proposal says so, with a date. I would rather give you a small first version that works soon and grow it afterwards.
Do you work alone?: Yes. You talk directly to the person who designs and writes the software.
I already have a system. Do we throw it away?: Rarely. It almost always pays to connect to what you already use instead of replacing it.
Do you work with businesses outside Mexico?: Yes, in English or Spanish. My whole career has been with US companies.
